As I am writing this I am reminded of the lazy Christian who wrote out a big prayer and tacked it on the ceiling over his bed.  Each night before he went to sleep he would just point to an area of the prayer and then close his eyes and fall asleep.   Are you and I really that different?  John Bunyan is quoted as saying "You can do more than pray after you have prayed, but you cannot do more than pray until you have prayed."  We must make a radical break with our old prayer life.  WE must become askers, seekers, and knockers.  We must become more fervent in our prayers and we must become righteous in our prayers.  What is God asking you to change?  What is God saying to you about your prayer life?
